We will kick-start the campaign to a 'New You' in several ways:

1. The Camp – 5 or 7 days of intense exercise in the New Forest

2. The Food - 5 or 7 days of nutritional gourmet food (see below for details)

3. The Follow Up Programme - All graduates will receive an individually-tailored 6-week exercise programme devised in a 1:1 session with a Personal Trainer. Medium-term goals are set.

4. Follow-Up BootCamp - All graduates will receive an invitation to attend a 1-day boot camp in the following 6 weeks to assess progress and devise new goals...

AtFitness in the Forest we cater for all ages and abilities – from avid fitness enthusiasts to absolute beginners. Whether you are looking to lose weight or add muscle our mix of outdoor activities will ensure you achieve results.

Each camp will have a maximum of 12 participants and 2 trainers.
The day is divided into segments of 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
The activities are varied and we hope to provide you with the confidence and opportunity of accessing new experiences.

A TYPICAL DAY

A typical day will include:

    • Running
    • Boxing
    • Cycling
    • Aerobics
    • Swimming
    • Pilates
    • Core stability
    • Abseiling
    • Circuit training
    • Climbing
    • Aqua Aerobics

 

Sessions will be challenging and all participants will be working to their personal best. Wake up will be at 6 am and activities will continue until 9 pm.

Our trainers will adjust their sessions, allowing you to steadily progress. The group will be split at times to allow individuals to work at their own intensity.

Don’t worry – no-one will be left behind or be held back by others.

FOOD, GLORIOUS, FOOD

After all that exercise you are sure to have a healthy appetite! This will be satisfied by Nutrichef® - an award-winning, highly regarded healthy meal company that offers a service providing effective weight loss and nutritional programmes for sports training. So don’t worry – no starvation or extreme faddy diets.
